Eat A Balanced Diet

Eating a balanced diet is important whether you are trying to conceive or not. Make sure that you are getting the essential nutrients such as protein, iron, zinc and vitamin C and D in your diet. Doing so will decrease yourchance of miscarriage.

Eat Less Meat

Replace some of the meat you eat with tofu, beans, and nuts.
